You apply with your work, your roles on set, and what you want to be doing. We review the reel and the experience behind it to understand where you're strong.
If it's a fit, you join the network we build teams from. When a project matches what you do, we reach out and you tell us whether you're available and interested.
A short conversation aligns everyone on the project, we confirm the team, and then you make something good and get paid for it.
