Gofer Film ("Gofer," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it.
This website is informational. There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments. We do not sell your personal information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we only receive information you deliberately send us through one of our forms.
When you submit a project brief, a filmmaker application, or a contact message, the details you enter are sent to us and saved so our team can review them and follow up. Depending on which form you use, that may include:
When you press submit, your entry is sent directly to Gofer and stored in a private spreadsheet hosted on Google Workspace, and a notification is emailed to our team. We keep it there so we can review applications, respond to inquiries, and match projects with the right creatives. Only Gofer has access to it, and we do not make it public.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you. Our hosting provider may process standard server information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely and reliably. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
We use what you send us to reply to you, to evaluate a project or an application, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for automated decision making, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
We share your information only when it is necessary to do the work or to comply with the law. That can include service providers who help us operate, such as our email and hosting providers, and, where a project requires it, the specific creatives being considered for your project. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and carry out the work and to meet our record keeping obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of marketing messages. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
