This website provides information about Gofer Film ("Gofer," "we," "us," or "our"), a creative production company, and lets you contact us about working together. It does not offer accounts, logins, uploads, or payments. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter a contract, and submitting a form does not create one.
You may use this site for its intended purpose: learning about Gofer and getting in touch. You agree not to misuse it. That includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, not interfering with its operation or security, not scraping it with automated tools in a way that burdens it, and not using it for any unlawful purpose or to send us unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.

The Gofer name, logo, wordmark, mascot, copy, design, and the photography and video shown on this site are owned by Gofer or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, other than ordinary browsing and personal, non-commercial reference.
If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, reach us through our contact page with the details and we will look into it and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.
Any production work we take on, whether for a brand or with a filmmaker, is governed by the separate written agreement we enter for that project. Where those project terms and these website terms conflict, the project agreement controls. Compensation, scope, timelines, deliverables, credit, and ownership of the finished work are set in that agreement, not here.
This site links to third party services, including LinkedIn and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
This site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information on it. Descriptions of our services are for general information and are not a guarantee of any particular result, outcome, timeline, or cost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gofer and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
